If you think about which props Harlan Tarbell preferred to work with, you'll probably quickly think of ropes. Many of his routines involve ropes, he can be seen wearing ropes in many photos, and among the numerous rope tricks he invented, there are some truly unique gems.
In this lesson, you'll learn eight rope routines that, in Tarbell's words, are among the best he's ever seen or performed. These include the classic themes of "cut and remade" and "ring and rope," which are explored in detail and with various examples. Well-known artists such as UF Grant and Peter Warlock have provided tricks that are sure to garner applause.
