The Secret Magic Store is run by three practicing magicians. Ingo, a true, full-blooded professional, can be seen almost daily as a comedian and magician on stage or on TV. Andreas is a semi-professional magician with an incredibly large library and excellent contacts in the magic world. Alex is a true all-rounder, professional magician, and tech nerd. The three bring an incredible wealth of experience and a great love of magic to the Secret Magic Store.

Our strengths are honest advice, uncomplicated communication and quick help with (almost) all kinds of problems or special requests.

Our shop is designed to encourage browsing – to achieve this, we've created an exciting menu structure and a few special categories that not only help you quickly find the items you're looking for, but also make searching and discovering fun.

Like almost every online retailer, we operate both with our own large warehouse and a just-in-time delivery model. We source some items directly from our wholesalers after you place your order. However, thanks to our high turnover, you won't have to wait long for your items, and all items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being signed (or upon receipt of payment if you pay in advance). Should it take longer, we'll contact you!

The advantage of partially eliminating the need for large inventory is clear: We can offer you an incredibly large selection at a reasonable price. And if you really need an item in a very short time, we'll be happy to work it out!

We regularly compare the availability information provided in our shop with the stocks of our wholesalers. Should you nevertheless order an item that is out of stock, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Fundamentally, we strive to make the impossible possible! We put a lot of effort into finding exciting items that aren't available through the well-known wholesalers. The Inner Circle is a special area within our shop that is not readily accessible. In the Inner Circle, you have access to exclusive art pieces and content that we only offer to customers who are personally known to us and have been with us for some time.

The simple answer is: You don't get into the Inner Circle; the Inner Circle comes to you. Be surprised!

We generally do not purchase used magic items, but we are happy to make exceptions for special items and well-stocked libraries.

Delivery is via Deutsche Post or DHL.

The shipping costs for domestic shipments are a flat rate of €5.75 including VAT.

For orders over 75€ we ship free of charge within Germany.

The shipping costs for countries within the EU are a flat rate of 13.99€.

The shipping costs for countries outside the EU are a flat rate of 19.99€.

For export transactions to countries outside the EU, you will receive the goods at net prices. Customs duties and import sales tax are due upon import. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical storage medium).

You can download download products via a link provided by email. This email, containing the access data for downloading, will be sent within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (or, if prepayment has been agreed upon, after receipt of payment). Your downloads will remain in your download account.

Unfortunately, legal regulations force us to remove these items from our range. Pyrotechnic items must be shipped as hazardous materials, even if they have been properly packaged in a wet container. The associated costs for shipping hazardous materials are too high to be worth the cost of a few sheets of pyrotechnic paper or some pyrotechnic cotton.

Electrical items, like toys and certain other products, must bear the CE mark. The CE mark is a self-declaration by the manufacturer or importer confirming that the item complies with applicable European laws. Unfortunately, the manufacturers of electronic magic items cannot provide any information for this self-declaration, and a CE declaration is not possible due to a lack of data. This means that all electronic magic items known to us are illegally on the market, and we do not want to take the associated risk. If you are looking for an electrical item, we would be happy to help you find an electronic-free alternative or recommend another specialist retailer.
