The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.75 per order.
For orders over €75.00, shipping is free.
Deliveries abroad :
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:
EU country: 13.99 €
Non-EU country: €19.99
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing access data for accessing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content is provided to you in your customer account.
The goods will be made available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the availability by email.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 6 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is only possible for registered customers .
If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 7 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
