The basics of magic
This lesson is essentially devoted to the famous "Chicago Billiard Ball Trick," a standard trick that has been performed by many well-known magicians for generations, repeatedly and to the amazement of their audiences: One after the other, one ball appears out of nowhere, then two, then three, and finally four. And just as they came, they can disappear again. Or they can suddenly double in size from four in one hand to eight in both.
Based on this trick, you will learn all the essential grips and tricks that are important for working with solid balls (made of wood, hard plastic or silicone).
Harlan Tarbell then explains the rainbow billiard balls, a routine with four different colored balls that was a trademark of artists such as Cardini and Kalanag.
The finale is the small but fine feat of the mysterious journey and the exchange of places of a red and a green ball.
