INFLUENCE: You verbally instruct a spectator to create a drawing—but they are NOT supposed to draw what you are "drawing in the air" with gestures. Yet they draw exactly that! So, while you were verbally instructing them, you were manipulating them with gestures—quite uncanny, yet (almost) believable...
KISS & NAME: Two spectators think of different things, for example, a certain word and the name of the person they first kissed. Both write these thoughts on small index cards, which they place in small envelopes, seal, and never let go of. The mentalist reads both thoughts. They also tell one person their age at the time of their first kiss.
COLORFUL EPIC: This is a stage effect performed with three spectators, but can also be used in close-up; essentially a kind of "Mental Epic Board"—but without the board and without any force! With Jan's routine, you can present a quite believable demonstration of your psychic and psychological knowledge.
