You want to perform the famous trick with the glass and bottle constantly moving back and forth to your audience. To do this, you're supposed to cover the glass and bottle with tubes. But suddenly, there's one bottle too many: " That's a spare bottle..." Somewhat confused, you pour yourself a small glass of beer and down it in one gulp. But before you can really get started, there's one bottle too many. "That's also a spare bottle."
And when the glass and bottle inexplicably swap places, "reserve bottles" continue to appear out of nowhere. As you indulge in one every now and then, you become increasingly tipsy over the course of the routine. By the end, there are eight bottles on the table, and you complete the feat with a cheerful " Cheers."
