Werry liked the principle used in ROPES AND WRIST so much that he came up with something else:

The two ropes are wrapped around the body of the performer or a spectator. Then, first the white and then the red rope are knotted in front of the body, but only with one knot each. A spectator can then pull on the four ends, and the ropes slowly pass through the body without the performer touching them again.

With ROPES AND WRIST you can fool even the expert who already knows the usual methods of this effect!
