A very affordable version of this classic feat:
You're holding two approximately 26.5 cm long plastic sticks. A yellow cord with a red tassel at the end runs through each stick. When you pull on one tassel, the cord on the other stick shortens, and vice versa!
Everyone assumes there must be a connection between the two rods. But you show that this isn't the case.
