Effect:
This is a classic "do as I do" trick. Two pieces of paper folded into a triangle are shown from both sides. A spectator is invited to participate. They receive one triangle, and you keep the other.
Now ask him to tear off exactly the same pieces of paper as you.
What remains – for you and the viewer – is a semi-circular structure.
If the viewer unfolds theirs, they see two firmly connected rings. But in your case—and this is incredible!—the rings hang loosely together!
