This “Any Card at any Number” plot is almost too perfect:
A deck of cards is handed to a spectator. A card is called out, along with any position.
Without tampering with the deck, the magician removes the deck and counts it to the named position. Not only is the named card in the chosen spot, but two kickers follow, which no other routine allows: The following card states that this exact position will be named. But that's not enough! Show the deck to show that no other card was in the deck!
OCEAN stands for Only Card Exactly At Number, a brilliant idea from Las Vegas mentalist Colin McLeod, who built three climaxes into a single effect.
