In the Appgehört podcast, the question of how and whether one can still use Cognito came up frequently, as some users were having problems logging in.
Here is the solution:
To reset the license, call the website apps.murphysmagic.com (please type here in a new window), log in with your login details, click on Manage -> Cognito -> reset license and then on android / iOS (depending on which operating system you are using on your phone).
You should then be able to use your username and password in Cognito again.
(this is also necessary if you install NOT.ESP on a new phone)
