The participant receives the lock and sets their birthday first, then their month of birth second, and then their year of birth third on the number dials. The lock pops open!
• A spectator places their car key in a container, which is then locked with the combination lock. The combination is then changed. The participant receives the lock, sets the year of the next MOT appointment, and...the lock pops open!
• A participant writes a three-digit PIN on a piece of paper, invisible to the performer, and keeps it in their pocket. The combination is then turned on the locked combination lock. The participant receives the lock and sets their PIN on the dial. The lock pops open!
