What many people don't know: Manuello didn't exist at all, but was a pseudonym of Werry himself, like Joe Bluff .

And this is how Werry described this effect almost 50 years ago:

"You pick up a handkerchief, or you grab it from the air, or you have a spectator give it to you. Apart from the handkerchief you pick up, grab from the air, or borrow, your hands are empty, truly empty.

You grasp the scarf at two corners, present it from both sides, then release the left corner, leaving the scarf held by only one corner with your right hand. And now it begins:

You extend your left hand, pull the cloth over it once, and instantly a small, bright red cup appears between your left thumb and index finger. Immediately, you pull the cloth over your left hand again, and a light blue cup becomes visible between your index and middle fingers. The cloth is pulled over your hand again, and a yellow cup appears. And the cloth is pulled over your left hand a fourth time: a black cup.

This production is not to be confused with similar tricks, as it is a so-called speed trick. The entire performance takes only a few seconds. Not difficult. No sleeve work. No profile changes. No threads, wires, or anything like that. And no holding devices. In fact, only the four cups and any cloth are used. Manualless: You can perform this small cup production right in front of the audience. An incredibly cheeky trick principle. The main secret lies in one of the cups. You don't need to hide anything under your jacket. Can be performed at any time. Preparation time: two seconds. Small enough for a small circle and large enough for the stage. You will receive the special cups with detailed instructions, but without a cloth.

The small plastic cups (height approx. 4.5 cm) do not show their age, but the instructions do.
