The universal holder allows you to keep a variety of items safely hidden under your jacket until you need them. One touch is all it takes, and you have what you need at hand. Simply place the item (e.g., a bundle of newspaper) on the universal holder and stretch the elastic cord over it.
The paper is now held securely until you grasp it and simply pull it down.
This releases the rubber cord and releases the bundle.
