| You hand a spectator three differently colored anodized metal rods. You turn around and ask them to choose one and place it in a fine nickel-plated tube, which you hold behind your back. Then they are asked to unscrew the cap. You turn around and immediately name the color of the selected stick... --- Well, easy, because you forgot to point out that the remaining sticks should be kept hidden. - A sure laugh! The whole thing is repeated, this time the spectator hides the other sticks, but of course you still know which color was chosen. A mechanical precision masterpiece.
