There's an envelope in your wallet. The wallet is placed on the table and remains in full view of your spectators at all times.
Now hand a deck of cards to a spectator and ask them to count the cards one by one, face up, onto the table. They can stop at any point, and the selected card is shown to everyone. When you then take the envelope out of your wallet, there's a card inside. And, oh wonder, it matches the spectator's card!
