The tape begins with a laugh - a wonderful "microphone gag" , ideal for anyone who has to work with a microphone.

Alexander describes "The Coin in a Bottle" as one of his strongest effects for lay viewers:
A borrowed coin, much too large to fit through a bottle neck, is hammered into the inside of an unprepared bottle in the spectator's hands, which is then given to the spectator to examine!

"Out of Nowhere" is a very powerful and, above all, practical way to create a scarf (any scarf of any size can be used). You present both hands empty, reach into the air, and a scarf appears at your fingertips. And all this without any dexterity!

Two spectators cut cards from shuffled decks to each other's - without the performer touching the decks!

"Phoenix from the Ashes" is Alexander's "Banknote into Cigarette" routine, which you'll learn in full with Alexander's original, laugh-out-loud performance.
>What happens:
A small corner is torn off a banknote borrowed by a spectator and handed to the spectator as a 'receipt'. The banknote is then placed in a small envelope, which is then 'accidentally' burned. To make amends, the magician wants to show the spectator a cigarette trick, for which purpose he borrows a cigarette from the audience. Since it doesn't 'puff' properly, he breaks it open – and finds the borrowed banknote inside.

And that it's indeed the right banknote is proven by the torn corner—because it fits perfectly!—A huge hit that has often earned Alexander a standing ovation.
