The detailed instructions also include the following trick. You ask for a banknote, which you tear in half and then into small pieces. As a souvenir, the spectator receives the corner with the serial number, and the rest goes into a pay packet and is burned. You look the spectator in the eye with a sincere heart and say, "Well, that's it. If you want, I'll show you something with cards now..." You pull out two playing cards, show them from all sides, and suddenly a banknote appears between them. One corner is missing – the spectator's fits perfectly – it's the spectator's banknote!
