The ARANKA principle
From time to time, we release exclusive magic secrets from Alexander de Cova, which are only available in limited quantities. Here's the latest, with which Alexander de Cova has already fooled several accomplished colleagues. It's been part of his professional stand-up routine for several years and hasn't been published before. To give you an idea of what to expect, here's a brief description of one of the effects possible using this principle.
You hand a sealed envelope to a spectator for safekeeping. Now you borrow a credit card, which is sealed in a small envelope (signed by the spectator). You can then burn or cut up this envelope (or whatever else you do with items borrowed from spectators...). In short, the spectator's card is destroyed, and it now depends on where it reappears. This is where Alexander de Cova's ARANKA principle comes into play.
You have the spectator hand you the sealed envelope (empty-handed!) and open it. Inside is your (supposed) business mail, i.e., various letters addressed to you, advertising postcards, etc. You give one letter to the spectator to hold. It comes from, for example, the EURO-Card company. This letter is properly stamped and sealed (!). The spectator may now open it and remove the contents. Inside is a letter from EUROCARD and the credit card borrowed by the spectator!!
This is only intended to describe one possible effect. In fact, with this principle, you are able to load a sealed envelope, which has been in the spectator's hand the entire time, into full view of the audience (!!). It doesn't matter whether this is a signed playing card, a credit card, or a folded prediction slip. Those of you familiar with advanced mental magic will quickly recognize the potential of this principle. It essentially involves loading a "LePaul Envelope" (which is, however, sealed and can be examined) into full view of the audience, and which cannot even be detected in close-up. The handling appears exactly as if the object in question had been in the sealed envelope the entire time (in fact, the card is actually in the envelope).
A few words of warning, however: This trick allows the well-read (!) performer to perform incredible effects and opens up entirely new possibilities. We ask all fellow magicians who simply want to know how it's done to refrain from purchasing this trick. The whole thing is actually based "only" on a few psychological and "technical" tricks. But anyone familiar with the magic of Alexander de Cova knows that these "little things" make all the difference between a trick and a miracle. So, you won't get any complicated gimmicks or props, but "only" the "know-how." However, anyone familiar with advanced magic will greatly appreciate the differences and know how to adapt them to their own needs.
Years later, Alexander de Cova decided to share his secret with a wider audience. You can find the manuscript "The ARANKA Principle," which sold for DM 250.00 at the time, in Alexander de Cova's book "Secrets No. 2."

Tektron-X
The Ultimate Note Reading Method
We've offered this masterpiece before and now have 10 (!) copies left in stock, which are the last ones being offered. Please don't be surprised by the high price of this masterpiece, as there are several reasons for it. Firstly, we want to discourage anyone who "just wants to know how it's done" from buying it, and secondly, we want to prevent the spread of pirated copies. This technology is too "hot" to be widely distributed. For this reason, we only offered a strictly limited edition of 50 copies back then. After these last ten copies, nothing more will be sold.
What's it about? You take an index card out of the zippered pocket of your wallet, and the spectator can write any information on it. The spectator folds the card in half so that nothing is visible anymore. You grasp the folded card with your fingertips and return it to the zippered pocket. If you now close the wallet and put it back in your pocket, you are in possession of the information the spectator wrote on the card!
Now for the background information: no carbon copies or anything else are used. You don't need to see the spectator when you write this down, and you don't need to look at the card when you put it in your wallet. Everything happens in full view of the audience and can even be done in close-up. The card is completely opaque (clear). The actual information gathering takes place in full view of the audience, without anyone suspecting anything. If you think about the story for a moment, you'll quickly realize what you can do with this weapon. (Along with the wallet made of high-quality leather and the necessary sample cards, you will receive a comprehensive instruction manual that explains the technique in detail. Several routines will show you how this technique can be used.
Prof. Dr. Toni Forster: “Probably one of the best methods for performing the ACIDUS-Peek—a great idea!”
Max Maven: “I am astonished about the simplicity and directness of this concept Very good and professional.”
Juan Tamariz: “Brilliant brilliant - You fooled me. Please, show this one to my wife...”
