This brochure tells you everything you need to know to create your own beautiful, self-contained routine.

The first part deals with the "Floating Rod":
Proper balance, rising and falling, twisting and rotating in the air, holding onto the hand, passing a hoop over the pole, hovering around the hand, etc.

In the second part, Ganson turns to the "Dancing Stick" and describes his own routine, which also enjoys world fame :
The basic method, the floating between the hands, the baton dancing, the passing of the baton, the high swing, the twirl, through the arms, around the shoulders, etc. And then the climax: the baton doubles, although Lewis Ganson doesn't use a special doubling baton here; a real plus of this routine!
