The basics of magic

Many people have a strong need to delve deeply into the unknown, the unfathomable, and the supernatural. Magicians who perform as mind readers, fortune tellers, or clairvoyants are aware of this human trait and have always captivated their audiences in sold-out crowds all over the world.

Lesson 76 is dedicated to mind reading and introduces you to a variety of different effects on this topic, with which the star mentalists have already captivated their audiences. The trick principles used are generally very simple, but the results are so astonishing that the supernatural seems to become real. A dictionary test follows a mind reading act, a headline prediction follows 'A Message from the Underworld,' and Al-Quran's sensational feat of 'One Word Among Thousands' forms a fitting conclusion to this witty lesson in the truest sense of the word.

Lesson 77 covers the various techniques for perceiving and interacting with your surroundings while blindfolded. Those who are able to do this can also attempt the ultimate challenge in this field: driving blind, thus gaining one of the best publicity effects in the world. As always, Harlan Tarbell will familiarize you with everything you need to know and be able to do.
