The original effect, a true classic, works according to the trowel grip principle (e.g., Skruvy, see below on this page!). You can perform the trick equipment you now have in the same way, but – thanks to this little extra – you can also present the effect without such a grip.
Effect: You show your audience a small aluminum bottle and point to the hemispherical recess on one side. A small steel ball fits into this recess, which you then place there. Turn the bottle slightly, and the ball falls out. Gravity has struck again! You can safely repeat this trick a few more times. Then point to the small black ring on the bottle's neck. This ring, you claim, has a very special meaning. As soon as you slide it down to the bottom of the bottle's neck, it will ensure that the ball is clamped into the recess.
