Effect 1: A marked coin is placed in a handkerchief and folded. A beautifully wrapped gift is then presented. The coin disappears from the handkerchief, and the spectator is allowed to open the gift wrapping. Inside is a beautiful walnut box. They open the box, and the marked coin is inside!
Effect 2: The box containing two coins, one copper and one silver, is handed to a spectator. The spectator chooses one of the coins (free choice), and both coins are placed in the box, which is then closed. The coin box is placed on the spectator's hand and tapped. The selected coin falls out of the box onto the table! The walnut box is then opened, revealing only one coin!
