Diamond Notes | Philipp Ganglberger

Philipp Ganglberger has been practicing magic and related disciplines for over 30 years, more than half of which he has spent as a mentalist. He has appeared with his colleagues Tricky Niki, Harry Lucas, and Wolfgang Moser in the ORF television series "Magic Mushrooms" as well as on countless stages throughout Austria. With his long-time stage partner Wolfgang Moser, Philipp Ganglberger has been organizing Magic Monday in Linz for years. The routines in this booklet are all from his active repertoire and have been tested and proven through years of practice. The 40-page booklet has been professionally printed. The tricks explained are supplemented with numerous illustrations for easier learning. These include:

  • Design Duplication – a design duplication for close-up photography. No electronics, no wallet, just a stack of business cards.
  • The Holo That Can't Be Explained - Philipp's version of Dai Vernon's "trick that can't be explained." The index of the selected card appears as a security hologram of a banknote. The required holograms are included.
  • Monte Blanko - A Monte routine with three blank cards and an Ace of Diamonds. In the end, nothing is as it should be...
  • Opener - The ideal stand-up/stage opener for mentalists. What begins as seemingly harmless fun ends with a random number/word in a sealed envelope.
  • Matchbox Card - The selected card appears in a previously empty matchbox. Philipp's closer at the most important table of the evening.
