Rise Up is a rising card effect that uses a small gimmick that can be constructed at home with easily available items. It is easy to construct and lets you have full control over the Rise. Stop the Rise at your wish or stop it when the spectators say "stop".

For your consideration:

No thread work
No elastics
No magnets
Do with or without a card box
