Link a spectator's ring to a rubber band instantly and visually!

You borrow a spectator's ring and immediately link it to a rubber band right in front of their eyes! As a variation, you tie your ring onto the rubber band. They can pull on the ring to be sure it is tightly attached. Nevertheless, while the ring is in their hand, it becomes unlinked! Everything can be examined.
