Long out of print and in high demand, this work has finally been completely reissued and redesigned. Originally published in 2009, it is the first volume in Jan Forster's acclaimed "Angehaucht" series, which now consists of seven books.
The Tossed Out Deck and DEATH 1: Along with an introduction to the topic that everyone should read, this is a super-easy yet extremely deceptive method. Occasionally copied, here's the original with many additional refinements!
DEATH 2: A routine that is unparalleled and probably unsurpassed in its sophistication. Six spectators are involved, the entire deck is distributed among the audience, and everyone has the absolute freedom to think of any card they see. You tell each spectator which card they are thinking of. And at the end, you have a super climax. You can give the deck away afterward, if you wish.
Your Word: A diabolical application of Jack Kent Tillar's "Assumption Swindle." It works like real mind reading; a spectator chooses, completely at will, one word from many, all of which they see and which several spectators have previously written down, while you stand with your back to them. You then tell them what they're thinking! This even beats most "book tests."
Jan's Eyes: Jan Forster's variation of a Simon Aronson routine – with two spectators present, the magician mentally reads which of the 10 different cards each of them has memorized. Jan provides variations for different stacks and a method that requires no memorization!
