The basics of magic

Party Magic 3
Lesson 87

In this lesson, you'll find tricks with coins, rings, silk ribbons, cigarettes, words, balloons, thimbles and peas, a golf ball, knives, rubber bands, silk scarves, and much more. Harry Lorayne and his team of authors provide you with a colorful mix of diverse effects, all of which have proven successful in countless performances.

To name just a few: Milton Tropp's Hindu thread trick, a classic performed as an impromptu trick; Dave Lederman's cup game with thimbles; the knives that change color; interpenetrating rubber bands; and, as the final and climax, three detailed routines by Flip from Holland, in which, among other things, his famous "flipstick" is used – sensational!

Anyone who performs just one of these tricks at the next party will quickly become the center of attention, and the effort put into practicing will be richly rewarded.
